Individual Outplacement Programs
Executive Standard Program
This program provides up to three months of support for an executive undergoing outplacement and provides mentoring support to the individual in any new role for one month.
The program based on a 1:1 support mechanism agreed mutually between the executive and the outplacement coach assigned. The program is highly personalised and appropriate for senior executives and managers, middle managers and individual contributors.
The Executive Standard program usually begins prior to departure and assists the individual and organisation with issues surrounding outplacement.
A typical program will cover the following issues and is supported by an extensive reference manual, a library of information provided in stages, as the process develops:
- Situational review
- Communication issues
- Career review
- Career strategy development
- Self-evaluation and self-audit
- Market evaluation
- Personal circumstances evaluation
- Outplacement project plan, milestones and deliverables
- Personal brochure development – curriculum vitae and support material
- Career and work based profiling
- Up to 10 1:1 private coaching sessions
- Job market research tools
- Positioning plan and marketing strategy
- Search strategy and self marketing skills development
- Networking strategies
- Business opportunity development
- Consultancy, contract and interim management options
- Interview preparation and practice
- Interview and presentation skills training with video support and debriefing
- Stress management workshop
- Proactive third party marketing
- Contract & Salary negotiation assistance in new role
- Three months of intensive mentoring and a further one month of online support
- Unlimited online support during the program
Each executive may be supported by a corporate email address. Office facilities, boardroom use and confidential secretarial support may be booked and scheduled at a separate cost, where required.
The Executive Standard program is, like all our processes, totally confidential. It is a process between Career Stages and the individual and is conducted according to strict professional and ethical guidelines.
